Menstrual cramps, headache and puke!!

I shld be having a very fulfilling Sunday.

9.30am – 12pm: my weekly dance prac @ PA3.

30pm – 5.30pm: Voluntary work @ Sunlove Home 

BUT in the end, I attended none! Why? All thanks to my menses, I have to lie on my bed the WHOLE DAY! 

I have to go thru this excruciating pain every once a mth. Hated it. Today was perhaps the worst of all. The pain was so unbearable that I even vomited my lunch out.  

What a miserable Sunday I have to go through. Damnit!!!
